Korčula biking and winery visit
Setting off from the old town of Korčula, let the island breezes blow through your hair as you hop on a bicycle to explore the east side of the island. Pass through scenic countryside to Lumbarda boasting beautiful beaches and thousands of years of wine-making traditions. Take a cooling dip, then head to taste local wines and a yummy well-earned lunch. It’s a 12-15km ride passing through fields, villages, and coves with views of vineyards and ocean. Delightful!
Korčula hiking and winery visit
With a friendly guide at your side, get ready for a magical 6.8km hike along the picturesque blue Adriatic coast. Enter stone gates into the old town of Korčula and stroll narrow stone streets to take in impressive hand-carved fresco facades. Continue along the coast with views of Peninsula Peljesac and breathe in clean air, pine tree scents, and salty sea air. Turn inland and hike to Zrnovska Banja and Prvo Selo to Zrnovo village which is the island’s oldest settlement. Then, board a bus to Lumbarda village for wine tasting and a light lunch with your fellow travellers.

Safari drive or escarpment hike on the Maasai Mara?

Oloololo escarpment hike
Forming the western boundary of the Mara triangle, the Oloololo Escarpment runs along a geological fault line forming the edge of a granite plateau rising up 400 metres. The escarpment’s rainier climes cause fresh water streams to radiate from its face, disappear into the ground, and reappear in lower down swamps. Over 3.5 hours and elevation gains of 300 metres, you’ll hike terrain ranging from rocky crags, boulder-strewn slopes, and well-watered wetlands. And the ultimate reward? A seemingly endless wildlife vista over the Mara Plains as thirsty animals gather at full watering holes.

Hike to Perilnilloq Waterfall

It’s one thing to eat your way through your destination, but learning how to cook local dishes on the spot takes it to a whole new level of cultural immersion. If you choose to follow your stomach in Bali, your OMG Day kicks off with a visit to the local spice-filled market to pick up fresh fruits, veg, and authentic ingredients. White water rafting

Old Town mangrove kayaking
If seeing Hoi An from water level floats your boat, your best bet is the guided kayaking tour through the mangroves. Start with a safety briefing in the early morning and then paddle out towards Cua Dai bridge. From there you’ll paddle on to a fishing village for a casual breakfast and coffee. On the return, feel completely at peace with your life choices as you cruise through a serene coco-palm mangrove.
